Service Agreement

Scope of Services: Seamless Web Services INC delivers secure web engineering, Advanced SEO, and performance PPC.

Non-Refundable Fees: Due to the intensive labor and specialized resources required for digital engineering and marketing, fees for completed work, research, and specialized deployment are non-refundable once the service is rendered.

Media Budget Handling: Funds held in trust for third-party advertising platforms that have not been spent at the time of cancellation remain eligible for a refund to the client's original payment source.

Terms and Billing Policies

Pre-Paid Projects and Hours: Credits for pre-paid specialized hours or project milestones are refundable only if the work has not yet commenced.

Changes & Cancellations: To modify, pause, or terminate any ongoing management or maintenance agreement, clients must submit a written notice at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Billing Disputes: All concerns regarding invoices must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) days of the invoice issuance date. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the charges as accurate and final.

Guarantees and Liability Standards

No Performance Guarantees: While we apply industry-leading expertise, Seamless Web Services INC does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue.
